Don’t worry if your ad doesn’t appear immediately after you’ve paid. It can take a few minutes for your ad to be published while the payment is being processed.
If your ad hasn’t been published within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us rather than trying to pay again. Email us at support@donedeal.ie and we’ll find out what the problem is.
If you paid by phone and don’t see your ad, don’t call the phone number a second time. If you do call the pay by phone number a second time you will be charged twice. Remember, your phone company charges you for every call made to our number!
