When you place an ad with us we send you an email, to confirm that the email address you’ve provided is correct. This email should arrive within a few minutes of placing the ad.
If you haven’t received an email from us there might be a problem with your email address. You can log in to your ad to check the email address you provided us with is correct.
Also, please check if the email has gone into your Junk or Spam folder by mistake. To ensure all our emails to you get through to you, save the support@donedeal.ie email address into your email contacts.
You can find a list of your ads on DoneDeal by going to the green box on the DoneDeal home page and clicking on Edit ad, Bump up ad or Remove ad.
